About Chad Madill:
Im a serial Entrepreneur, married to the love of my life (Tania) and I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter.
Background & Experience:
After obtaining a BA in Business Communications (2002), and a 309A Red Seal as a Construction Maintenance Electrician (2003), and my Master Electrician designation in (2005), I took over the family Electrical Contracting business in 2004. In 2021 we opened our HVAC Division, Valley River Heat Pumps in the Annapolis Valley, NS. I trained under my father, who was also a Master Electrician with over 55 years of knowledge and experience.
Outside the Office:
When not working, Chad Madill enjoys Boating, Hiking, Camping.

I also own a company that sells The Original CleanBoot, an amazing safety product that we sell globally.
About Tania Madill:
I love working with people, and the outdoors! I didn't realize that my first career as a high school educator
would help me so much as an administrator in this business. I'm work with customers daily, helping to
educate them on the rebate programs, and make sure they get all the documents they need. This business
has given me an opportunity to chat with and meet so many wonderful people in the Annapolis Valley that I
wouldn't have known otherwise. I'm dedicated to giving people the best customer service experience
possible, from heat pump advice, troubleshooting, documents, financing, and rebates, and more!

When not working, Tania Madill enjoys Mountain biking, hiking, gardening, family.
Fun Fact:
I'm terrified of spiders. While I can't sing, I do have some epic dance moves from the moonwalk to polka and everywhere in between.
About Alan Ferguson:
I’m 41 and I am married with 2 children
Background & Experience:
Started in the trade at 21. Here I installed gas furnaces, AC’s and ductwork. Moved on and went to a company installing gas and wood fireplaces. From there went to a company that did both residential and commercial work. Here I learned how to install high efficiency boilers, commercial rooftops, ductless heat pumps and helped in installing walk in refrigerators. I was in charge of multiple custom house installs. Then I moved to Nova Scotia where I continued working on residential HVAC systems
Outside the Office:
When not working, Alan Ferguson enjoys I play drums in a band. I try to spend as much time with my family as possible. We enjoy skiing together, and playing board games. I also enjoy playing recreational sports when I have time.
Fun Fact:
The band I was in before moving to Nova Scotia won a Guinness world record for participating in the worlds longest concert
About Aidan Brennan:
I am in my first year of the apprenticeship program working towards my Red Seal in Refrigeration and Air
Conditioning Mechanics. I am focused on my continuous growth, and am grateful to have the opportunity to
work with this amazing team.
Background & Experience:
I received a Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician Diploma with Honours from Humber College

When not working, Aidan Brennan enjoys My hobbies consist of playing Soccer, and Golf. I also enjoy watching history documentaries..

About Tom Halpin:
Born and raised in co Meath, Ireland Tom moved to Vancouver in 2008 and became a Canadian citizen in
2020 while raising 2 young boys. He obtained his red seal electrician in Victoria then moved his young family
to Nova Scotia in 2024.

Construction experience BSc Mathematical Science Renewable Energy Technician Red Seal Electrician

When not working, Tom Halpin enjoys Growing Vegtables and Watching Manchester United.

Hi! My name is Thomas, I'm 36 years old from Toronto ON. I have been in the trades for almost 18 years now
and moved to Nova Scotia with my wife 3 years ago.
